Given the weird problems I've ran in to last year I've taken a minimalist approach to eating. This morning, for example, I had a small piece of steak and strawberries.
For lunch I had a few pieces of fruit. I feel hungry right now but I suspect it's due to the fact that I have yet to drink enough water up to this point. I had more coffee this morning than normal but also less water.
So lesson learned!
I've also been considering replacing the various chemicals I come in contact with at home with natural or less harsh variants. Like natural cleaners for the house and body. Dye and perfume free detergents etc.
I mean, I guess any little bit helps right?
Oh and I lost one more pound!
So I've lost about seven stable pounds so far. I say stable pounds because it's been consistent for a few days, not that up and down drive you nuts thing.
