When is loss good?

I woke up this morning to a nice surprise.  I lost two pounds!  So I say loss is good when it's getting rid of the fat that was born of the lethargy from the prior two years.

The gluten free diet seems to have some effect on me even though I have not been diagnosed with anything at the moment.  My cravings have decreased for grains (bread, cookies, etc.) and that's a good thing.  It's weird how these things that affect you negatively also increase your cravings for them.  Then again, maybe that's what the agricultural industry wants? Sorry, had to mention something about a conspiracy somewhere...

Today's goals are simple.  I need to eat my simple food.  Drink lots of water and keep my mind busy.

It's quite amazing how much better you feel when you eat less and drink more water.
