I almost forgot I had this blog. After a long hiatus I have developed an interest in running. Thanks to my wife I've been inspired to take better care of my body. Though on my third day of exercise my body feels beat up!
I think since I last wrote something here I've lost about 13lbs and dropped about 3 BMI points. Progress is progress, even small progress...
The biggest help was simply to start drinking more water and eating home cooked meals more.
So, I'll try to keep up with this blog this time.
